Why do you need to seal your asphalt?

Patch / Paving.
We offer patch paving. From the removal of old failed asphalt to the installation of new.
Handicap ADA signs and improvements.
We install handicap signs. Parking, path of travel, and entrance signs. If your parking lot is out of date, call for your free estimate.
Hot Crack Repair.
Repairing cracks lock water from leaching out your base rock. Cleaning the cracks properly and applying a commercial grade crack filler to your cracks will lock out water and save you money in the long run. The base rock holds the asphalt in place. Not repairing the cracks will cause the asphalt to gator or pot holes to form. We recommend that you use our hot applied crack filler to make your crack repairs.
Tennis court color and repair.
We use a high solid 100% acrylic topcoat. Formulated with the highest quality color pigments and acrylic binders to ensure permanent non-fading court surfaces. There is a wide range of colors to choose from.
